Yours....

Due
to the overwhelming response of recipes, we have compiled a
collection of recipes to share with you, offering some of
our favorite
recipes which have been featured in our Chef's
Corner/Recipe of the Week page.
We hope that you find them as popular in your kitchen as we
have in ours.
Each week our featured "Recipe of the
Week" will be added to the
collection for your convenience! We hope you enjoy them!
Chocolate
Banana Creme Brulee
6 egg
yolks
2 1/4 ups heavy cream
5 oz. sugar
1 oz. banana liqueur
1/4 cup Hershey's syrup
Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
Mix with wire whisk. Strain through fine mesh strainer.
Divide into (4) 6oz. soufflé cups and bake in a water
bath at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
Cool down and top with fresh banana and sprinkle with
sugar.
Using a brule torch or on top shelf of broiler, brown
tops.
Watch carefully, may burn if kept in too long.
