2 cups rice, rinsed
5 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup Coco Lopen
2 tsp salt
1 cup coconut flakes, toasted
1. Place rice, water, Coco Lopez and salt in sauce pot and bring to a simmer.
Make sure that the Coco Lopez has been stirred in.
2. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
3. Fluff rice with a fork and fold in toasted coconut.
