5 lbs. Butternut Squash (peeled)
2 Onions
2 cans Pumpkin Filling
1 small Turnip peeled
Chicken Stock
2 cups Heavy Cream
Salt and Pepper
1. Simmer all ingredients except cream in enough stock just to cover..
2. Simmer 45 minutes until soft.
3. Puree and add cream.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
