CRAB DIP
1 lb.
crab meat
4 cups chopped tomatoes
pinch dry dill
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. shallots
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. sour cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 splash lemon juice
1. Cook
tomatoes, dill, garlic, shallots, old bay on
medium heat until the tomatoes are soft.
2. Add crab and mix will. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and fold in sour cream and cream
cheese.
4. Add parmesan and lemon juice and mix well.
Serve Warm.
