3 Mangos, diced
1/2 Red Pepper, fine dice
1 Bunch Scallions, chopped
3 tbsp. Cilantro
Salt and Pepper
Lime Juice to taste

Combine all ingredients and keep chilled.

This condiment, created by our Souse Chef, Flavio Terzis compliments
 any seafood or poultry dish.
We serve it at the Olde Hitching Post with our Flame Grilled Swordfish
which has been very popular with our diners.
