7 cups Heavy Cream
2 cups Milk
1 cup Sugar
9 Whole Eggs
9 Egg Yolks
1 tbsp Vanilla

1.  Mix cream, milk, sugar and vanilla.
2. Pour into 8 oz souffle cups.
3. Place in water bath and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
