Grapenut Custard Pudding
7 Eggs
4 Cups Milk
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Grapenut Cereal
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Blend all
ingredients together in a large bowl
with mixer.
3. Spray bottom of baking dish with baking spray.
4. Cover
bottom of baking dish with grapenuts (thin layer).
5. Pour egg mixture over grapenuts.
Bake
for about 1 hour.
Test doneness with a toothpick.
Serves 6-8
