1 Pumpkin Bread
1 Loaves Texas Bread
7 Whole Eggs
5 Egg Yolks
1 cup Sugar
1 oz Vanilla
1/2 can Pumpkin Filling
2 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
2 1/2 cups Milk
1/2 box Raisins

Spray soufflé cups with pan release
(Pam) and dust with sugar.
2. Remove crust from Texas Bread and cube. Cube the Pumpkin Bread and
place
both breads in stainless steel bowl.
3. Place whole eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and pumpkin filling in a separate
bowl
and whisk together.
4. Place cream and milk in sauce pot and bring to a simmer. Temper
in the eggs.
5. Pour over bread. Add the raisins and let stand for 30 minutes.
6. Place in soufflé cups. Put in water bath and bake in 350 degree oven
for 45 minutes.
