2 lb. Pork Loin
2 oz. Olive Oil
16 oz. Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
8 oz. Pure Maple Syrup

1. Preheat grill
2. Slice pork loin into 16 pieces, 2 oz. each
3. Place pork on a cutting board, cover with plastic wrap and pound with
mallet until pork is a 1/2" thick
4. Brush the pork with olive oil
5. Place on grill and cook for 3-4 minutes
6. Mix the cranberry sauce and the maple syrup together
7. Flip the pork and spoon the syrup mixture over each piece
8. Heat through and serve
